SUMMARY

​

We are looking for a 3D artist proficient with creating 3D assets, environments and product render. The right candidate will not only be able to create photorealistic images of our products but coordinate complex scenes, craft custom materials and apply photographic principles for stunning realism. Also, you will be responsible for AR asset creating\adapting. You will have to be versatile on a day to day basis, tackling a variety of tasks. We are open to applicants with a variety of levels of experience and ability. The speed and quality of your work will be the main judgement point.

 

 

Required Skills

Successful candidates will have

  • An awesome, polished and varied portfolio

  • Your portfolio must reflect modelling and visualisation experience

  • Excellent modelling and visualization skills

  • High proficiency in Maya, 3DS Max or any other modelling software.

  • High proficiency creating visualisations using 3DS Max and V-Ray primarily

  • Proven experience rendering life-like interiors, environments, or Archviz layouts

  • Able to create stunning photorealistic renderings

  • High attention to detail in materials, lighting, and overall render and modelling quality

  • Ability to create new materials that match real-world characteristics from scratch, PBR and V-Ray.

  • Working knowledge of camera lenses, FOV, and framing as they relate to 3D scenes

  • Basic Photoshop retouching skills and any post-processing software

  • Ability to translate 2D concept art into 3D observing all proportions and details

  • Understanding the principles of modelling\adaptation the objects for different visualization types (VRay, WebGL, Augmented reality)

  • Experience in creating AR Assets using Substance Painter, Unity or any other software is a bonus

  • Quick learner and self-starter that works well independently and as part of a team

  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Participate in art reviews and respond professionally to creative feedbacks

  • Flexible and comfortable in a fast-paced environment and maintains composure under stress

  • Successful at regularly meeting deadlines

 

Experience​​

  • Experience in Scrum and Sprint project planning

  • Traditional art skills

  • Although a degree in a relevant discipline is desirable it is not essential. You will be judged on that quality of work inside your portfolio or test work.

You will have to be versatile on a day to day basis, tackling a variety of tasks. We are open to applicants with a variety of levels of experience and ability. The speed and quality of your work will be the main judgement point.

 

 

Required Skills
 

Experience in game development or platform as "Sketchfab"

Strong knowledge of 3dsMax, Maya, Blender. Accurately translate 2D images into 3D.

Knowledge of Photoshop and Substance Painter/decigner using the PBR workflow

Ability to make the highest quality assets, create normal maps and advanced shader materials.

Expert understanding of current game environment development processes, limitations and dependencies

Established interpersonal and organizational skills

Ability to deliver and receive constructive feedback

 

What are we looking for?

 

  • 2 years of experience creating 3D objects. You must have at least one successful job or freelance projects that you can introduce.

  • Experience building hard surface and furniture models.

  • Passionate about the work you do.

  • Portfolio demonstrating your ability to build professional quality 3D assets.

  • Ability to take art direction, manage priorities, and meet schedule commitments.

  • Detail-oriented methodology, and the ability to communicate clearly to peers and leads.

  • Proficient in 3ds Max or Maya.

  • Hands-on experience with ZBrush and Substance Painter or Quixel.

  • Modeling abilities in soft and hard surface.

3DCloud Artist

3D Artist Role – Furniture Modeling for Cloud-Based Visualization
 

We are building a specialized team of 3D artists to create high-quality, optimized furniture models for a real-time cloud-based 3D visualization platform. Artists will contribute to a scalable asset pipeline for e-commerce, configurators, and AR-ready applications.
 

Responsibilities:
  • Model high-quality 3D furniture assets based on photos, drawings, or CAD references

  • Create clean, optimized low-poly geometry suitable for real-time rendering (WebGL/GLTF)

  • Perform UV unwrapping and baking of normal, AO, and light maps

  • Develop accurate, visually appealing PBR textures using reference materials

  • Deliver assets in multiple formats (GLB/GLTF, USDZ, FBX, OBG) with proper LODs

  • Maintain consistency in scale, naming conventions, and hierarchy for configurator integration

  • Collaborate with pipeline leads, QA, and developers to ensure visual fidelity and performance

 

Required Skills:
  • Strong modeling skills with Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max, (Marvellous designer and Zbrush, it's a plus)

  • Proficiency in Substance Painter (or similar) for PBR texturing

  • Experience with UV mapping and baking techniques

  • Understanding of real-time optimization techniques for web/cloud rendering

  • Familiarity with PBR workflows (metal/roughness preferred)

  • Ability to match materials and details to real-life references with high accuracy

  • Experience with GLTF/GLB and USDZ export workflows.

  • Attention to clean topology, efficient use of polygons, and minimal draw calls

 

Nice-to-Have:
  • Knowledge of Three.js, WebGL, or Unity/Unreal Engine for testing visual outputs

  • Experience working on furniture, interiors, or product modeling for e-commerce

  • Understanding of parametric modeling or product configurator logic

  • Familiarity with render farm or cloud streaming setups

 

Software Stack (Preferred):
  • Modeling: Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, Marvellous designer, ZBrush

  • Texturing: Substance Painter, Photoshop

  • Export/Conversion: Substance Painter, Blender (GLTF plugin), Adobe Dimension (for USDZ), RapidCompact, or similar

Optional Testing: Three.js Sandbox, Verge3D, Sketchfab, Marmoset Toolbag
